01 — Free Shipping
The Protocol bundle qualifies automatically.
Orders under $55 ship at a flat rate of $4.50 (standard) within the United States.
02 — United States
All orders are fulfilled from our US-based facility and shipped via USPS.

Delivery times include 1–5 business days for order processing + carrier transit. Most orders ship within 1–2 business days.
Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii is currently unavailable. We do not ship to PO Boxes or US military bases (APO/FPO).
03 — International
We ship to select international destinations via FedEx (standard delivery only).

International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination. Express shipping is not available for international orders.
04 — Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Need to modify or cancel your order? Email us at hello@ovova.shop as soon as possible. Once an order enters fulfillment, we're unable to make changes.
05 — Tracking Your Order
Every order includes a tracking number, sent to your email as soon as the package ships. You can track your delivery directly through USPS (domestic) or FedEx (international). If your tracking hasn't updated within 48 hours of shipping confirmation, please reach out — we'll look into it.
06 — Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll send a replacement at no extra cost.
If your order shows as delivered but you haven't received it, check with neighbors and your local post office first. If it's still missing, email us and we'll work with the carrier to resolve it. We will reship or refund orders confirmed lost in transit.
