Refund Policy
We want you to feel confident trying The Protocol. If it's not right for you, we'll make it right.
01 — 90-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We believe in our protocol — and we want you to experience it with zero risk. This guarantee applies to your first order of any OVOVA product, whether purchased individually or as a bundle.
02 — What's Eligible
Eligible for refund: First-time purchases of any OVOVA product, returned within 90 days of delivery. Both opened and unopened products qualify — we understand you need to actually try the protocol to know if it works.
Not eligible for refund: Orders placed more than 90 days ago. Products purchased through unauthorized resellers. Orders where a refund has already been issued on a previous purchase of the same product (the guarantee applies once per product per customer).
03 — How to Request a Refund
Email us at hello@ovova.shop with your order number and the reason for your return. We read every message.
We'll confirm your eligibility and send you return instructions, including a return shipping address. We typically respond within a few hours.
Ship it back. Return the product(s) in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product.
Get your refund. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation when the refund is issued.
04 — Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund — including shipping costs. You won't need to return the damaged product.
05 — Exchanges
We don't offer direct exchanges at this time. If you'd like a different product, request a refund for your current order and place a new one. If you reach out before your order ships, we may be able to update it directly — email us as soon as possible.
06 — Subscription Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account or by emailing us. Cancellations take effect before the next billing cycle — you won't be charged again. Orders that have already been processed and shipped are subject to the standard refund policy above.
07 — International Returns
International orders are eligible for refund under the same 90-day guarantee. Return shipping costs and any customs fees on the return shipment are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot process refunds for returns lost in transit.
